Domain Data: Domain names, SSL certificates, and hosting plans you add to your account, along with WHOIS data retrieved for monitoring purposes. Marketplace Data: Domain listings, pricing, descriptions, and offers received through your storefront. Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, AI generation prompts, tool history, and interaction patterns. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and referral URLs. Communication Data: Email address for notifications and Telegram chat ID if you connect Telegram.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: - Provide, maintain, and improve the Service - Monitor domain, SSL, and hosting expirations and send alerts - Process AI domain generation and valuation requests - Display price comparison data from registrars - Operate the domain marketplace and facilitate offers - Send transactional emails (password resets, expiry alerts, offer notifications) - Enforce subscription limits and track usage - Analyze usage patterns to improve features and user experience - Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: Service Providers: Email delivery (Brevo), analytics (Google Analytics), and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service. Marketplace: When you list a domain for sale, your storefront display name, bio, contact email, and social links are publicly visible. Buyer information (name, email, offer details) is shared only with the domain seller. Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in MongoDB databases hosted on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API communication is encrypted via HTTPS. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, encryption at rest and in transit, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. WHOIS data and price comparison data are cached in Redis with appropriate TTL values to minimize external queries.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Domain monitoring data (WHOIS sync results) is retained while domains are in your account. Marketplace listing view records are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Notification history is retained for 90 days. Tool history (AI generator, domain finder) is retained for 30 days.
