Terms of Use
Last updated: June 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Domainiom ("the Service"), operated by Domainiom ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use the Service. The Service provides domain, SSL certificate, and hosting management tools, including monitoring, price comparison, AI-powered domain generation, marketplace features, and WHOIS data synchronization.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, username, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Domainiom offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. The Free plan provides limited access at no cost. Paid plans offer expanded limits, additional features such as Telegram notifications, CSV export, API access, and more frequent monitoring intervals. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change with 30 days notice. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure - Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond the provided API - Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks - Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information - Use the marketplace to sell domains you do not own or control - Circumvent subscription limits or abuse free tier resources
5. Domain Marketplace
The Domainiom Marketplace allows users to list domains for sale through personal storefronts. By listing a domain, you represent that you are the rightful owner or authorized to sell the domain. Domainiom acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not participate in, mediate, or guarantee any domain transactions. Domain transfers, payments, and negotiations are conducted directly between parties. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms, contain fraudulent information, or fail DNS verification.
6. WHOIS and Third-Party Data
The Service retrieves domain registration data through WHOIS and RDAP protocols. This data is provided by third-party registries and registrars and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. Price comparison data is sourced from registrar websites and APIs. Prices displayed on Domainiom are for informational purposes only and may differ from actual registrar pricing at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data.
7. AI-Generated Content
The AI Domain Generator and AI Domain Valuation tools use artificial intelligence to provide domain name suggestions and estimated valuations. These are generated outputs and should be considered as suggestions only. AI-generated domain names may already be registered by third parties. Domain valuations are estimates and do not constitute financial advice or guaranteed market values. You are responsible for verifying domain availability and conducting your own due diligence.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of Domainiom and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Domainiom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or domain names. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for domain expiration, failed renewals, or any losses resulting from reliance on monitoring alerts or third-party data.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
